Miami Beach Hotel

Located at Collins Park, adjacent to high-end resorts including the Setai Hotel and the “W”, the historical designated structure entailed the renovation of all public spaces, façade, revamped pool and garden connecting to the boardwalk, a club and restaurant, a spa, garden cabanas, new lobby, and roof-top ballroom. Additionally, the project envisioned renovating 176 rooms and all existing building systems.
