Container Park Space

The project entailed planning approximately 1.9 acres of unoccupied space in the Wynwood Arts District to house ephemeral events lasting no more than a few days. The plan provides a backbone for the events to happen with an open semi-covered central space surrounded by a series of modified containers that can be leased for retail, food serving or other uses. A large scale public pool deck as well as a plaza anchor the project on both ends.
