In our residential projects we explore contemporary modes of habitation that are being redefined by the new realities of urban and waterfront living, luxury, technology, commercial forces and climate change.
Our single-family residential environments are designed to elicit the wellbeing of its users with fluent connections between outdoor and indoor spaces, artful use of natural light and materials, and layouts that invite the enjoyment of private moments and group gatherings. On multifamily project we explore traditional and new modes of habitation that incorporate micro/hybrid units as well as workforce housing.
